Thank you
Ballinora GAA club have been working on the development of their premises at Ballymah, Waterfall to improve and expand the facilities that it provides there – not just for club members, but for the community as a whole. To support this development we have been working hard on fund raising over the last number of months and we are on course to for our target for this year of €75,000. For those who have contributed in any way to this, Ballinora GAA Club would like to thank you sincerely for your contribution to our club. The money will be well spent. It is for the development of our grounds in Ballymah – but more importantly, it is for the development of our youth through our games.
The work in Ballymah on Phase 1 will commence in the Spring of 2013 – as soon as the weather permits. The primary focus of Phase 1 is the development of a new training pitch that will cater for the increasing number of players participating in our games.
We believe in community development, in giving our youth a deep sense of belonging. We are confident that our games will develop social skills like team spirit, co-operation, tolerance, accepting themselves and others. This is very important in today’sIreland.
